Coming as it does in our handy resealable pouches, you’ll find it is an absolute all-rounder for any dishes requiring a “mid-range” dairy free vegan cheese, being in strength somewhere between our Mozzarella and Mature Cheddar.

Now, the most important question is “does it melt?”, to which the response is a resounding “yes!” Gone are the days where grated vegan cheese just sat disappointingly on top of your pizza, going hard and brown and looking rather sorry for itself, without a hint of actually melting. Our Grated Mild Cheddar Sheese is the real McCoy. Of course, like our other grated Sheese it can also be sprinkled over salads for a far tastier summer (or winter) salad.
